1. Who we are
Wellora is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at support@wellora.co.uk.
2. What data we collect
Order and contact data (name, email address, phone number, delivery address), payment confirmation data (we never store full card numbers — these are handled by our payment provider), and technical data such as IP address, device type, browser and pages viewed.
3. Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, meet our legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and — where you have consented — to send marketing and measure our advertising.
4. Legal bases
Performance of a contract (processing your order), legal obligation (tax and consumer law records), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement) and consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies, including advertising pixels).
5. Cookies and advertising pixels
We use essential cookies to run the checkout. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies, including the Snap Pixel, to measure the performance of ads shown on Snapchat and to build audiences. These tools may receive hashed identifiers such as your email address. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings or by contacting us.
6. Who we share data with
Payment providers, delivery carriers, email and customer-support platforms, and advertising partners (including Snap Inc.) where you have consented. We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
7. How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Advertising identifiers are retained according to the partner's own retention schedule.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@wellora.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Children
Our website and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
