1. About us

2. Products and descriptions
The Wellora pan is a ceramic non-stick frying pan made without PFOA, lead or cadmium. It is designed so that food can be cooked with little or no added oil. It is a cookware product and is not a medical device; we make no claims about weight loss or the treatment of any health condition.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. The product price is £59.00 and standard UK delivery is £3.95. The full amount payable is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. If we cannot deliver within 30 days you may cancel and receive a full refund.
6. Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Tell us by emailing support@wellora.co.uk, then return the item within a further 14 days. We refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Faulty items and guarantee
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. In addition we offer a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, overheating, metal utensils, abrasive cleaning or normal wear.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
9. Safe use
Use on low to medium heat, avoid empty pre-heating for long periods, do not use metal utensils, and allow the pan to cool before washing. Follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
11. Complaints and governing law
Email support@wellora.co.uk and we will respond within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
